SHIPPING POLICY (Last updated: May 14th, 2026)

EVERY ORDER IS MADE BY HAND

Every Mochimi product is handmade to order in small batches in the USA. Because of this, please allow 2–3 business days of processing time before your order ships. This is in addition to your selected shipping window. We don't keep shelves of pre-made stock. Your order is made specifically for you.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

In some instances certain items demands may exceed our current production capabilities, in these cases items will be can be BACKORDERED. If an item has backordered status please allow 5-9 business days for processing. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Standard Shipping:

Orders under $75: $8 Shipping Fee (2-5 Business Days estimate)

Orders over $75: FREE Shipping (2-5 Business Days estimate)

Express Shipping: $15 (1-2 Business Days estimate)

Estimated delivery times begin after your processing window has completed. Total delivery time = 2–5 days processing (5-9 days processing if backordered) + your chosen shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We currently ship using only UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently DO NOT ship internationally.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mochimistudios.com with photos of the damage and your order number, we will do our best to make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office before reaching out. We are happy to help investigate but cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked as delivered.

ADDRESS ERRORS 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@mochimistudios.com. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.

HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON DELAYS

During high-volume periods such as holidays, processing times may extend slightly beyond our standard 2–3 days. We will communicate any extended delays via our website announcement bar and order confirmation emails. We recommend ordering early during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery.
